The "One-Man-Show" Era
During the economic crash, our founder Mark started the company with a secondhand pickup, his dad’s tools, and a flip phone—knocking on doors and not leaving until the leak was fixed.
Growing the Family (And the Fleet)
After six years of 60-hour weeks, word spread. We moved out of Mark’s garage, hired our first full-time crew, and bought our first new van—no longer just fixing roofs, but building a reputation.
Putting Down Roots
For a decade, headquarters was a kitchen table. In 2019, we made it official—opening our first real office and expanding the fleet. We standardized our training and finally donned the green uniforms our town trusts today. We were no longer just a crew; we were a brand.
Leading With Experience
Today, Mark focuses on mentorship and quality control rather than swinging a hammer. We’ve grown into a fully staffed operation, meaning real neighbors answer our phones, not machines. We now have the capacity of a big corporation, but the heart of a local family.
